Ability Street
Humanising Disability Services Through Storytelling

(

ABOUT
Ability Street Community Services needed a brand that reflected the warmth, trust, and human connection at the centre of its work. Rather than relying on generic healthcare messaging, the project focused on uncovering the organisation's purpose and translating it into a more authentic brand experience that could better connect with clients, families, and carers. I refreshed the visual identity, developed a story-led content strategy, and redesigned the website with accessibility and usability at its core. Authentic photography and human-centred storytelling replaced generic visuals, while creative direction was applied consistently across digital platforms to build a more confident, inclusive, and trustworthy brand presence.
