I rebuilt their brand identity, refining the logo, updating colors and typography, and establishing clear guidelines to unify all digital touchpoints. The new website was designed with accessibility at its core, offering features like a “Request a Call Back” tool and simplified navigation for users of all abilities. Paired with targeted social content and ad campaigns, the result was high-converting traffic, deeper community engagement, and a more confident internal team, grounded in a clear brand story.
